   What information? I watched 9 minutes of a snake oil pitch with no factual or clinical testing information about Bioidentical hormone therapy.

   Yes-She looks Great, but I also think she was taking Human Growth Hormones also in the past….But I don’t hear her talking about that…

   I love that she played such an airhead for years as a young woman..and here she is this intelligent, accomplished, giving, lovely woman!!! I think she is fabulous!!!

   @KAENLM Yes, she did mention human growth hormone use. In the beginning, if you listen to everything she reports trying…She includes “HGH” (human growth hormone)…people shouldn’t knock others when they really don’t know all the facts.

    I am 50 and I have not taken a thing over the years and I look great!
    Listen folks eat healthy,
    do not smoke
    do not drink
    exercise 4x per week
    get to bed early
    treat people the way you want t be treated
    when people hate love in return
    put God first He brings peace

    @Earlienk wait another 10 or so yrs and you will feel the loss of hormone production with osteoporosis, arthritis and a few other disease processes which manifest in the older year. As a Nurse Practitioner -I am on BHRT and it has made a world of difference-not an ache nor a pain. I eat well and exercise moderately but Suzanne’s info on BHRT has made a world of difference. Unctuous Piety does not stop physical/mental deterioration.

    Isn’t all this stuff expensive … a luxury for the rich? I don’t think the average person can afford to do all this stuff.  And it seems there are so few doctors who agree with this stuff (especially in NY, and especially if you’ve had cancer/breast cancer).

    and the hormones can be taken in many forms , so no its all not
    expensive and yes it does help!!! If you can help your body now , why
    wouldn’t , why do you want to wait til 70 and 80 and say , Oh i didn’t
    know i could have taken better care of myself???? Do It now – be smart!

    INSPIRATIONAL! Food for the brain & hormones! This is not a luxury for the rich, doctors that specialize in these much need treatments for women’s health AND mens health are popping up everywhere. We have to be advocates for our own health and this woman is forging ahead to get this info out for all of us. God knows traditional doctors and healthcare system are just a bunch of pill pushers. So Thank you Suzanne!
